Courtallam is popular
for its Courtallam Falls in the Western Ghats of Tamil Nadu in Tirunelveli District. Despite the fact that the falls are situated in Tamil Nadu, it

The nine waterfalls at

(Puliaruvi), Old Courtallam Falls (Pazhaya Courtallam), New Falls (Puthu
Aruvi), Fruit Garden Falls or Orchard Falls (Pazhathotta Arvui).
Other than the waterfalls, the town is well known for its two temples, Thirukuttralanathar
committed to Lord Shiva and the another devoted to Lord Muruga.
