Elaveezha poonchira in Kottayam

All encompassing perspective from the best is outstanding to the point, that one thing is without a doubt. The eventual fate of tourism here is as splendid as the sun kissed valleys where light sparkles on all that it touches. Elaveezha poonchira encounter begins as one leaves on a restricted, unpaved and rough mountain way, negotiated just by jeeps. They are normally hired from Kanjar, a residential area 7 kms away.

Poonchira:

  • Poonchira, a little lake just underneath, is enduring. Strangely, the entire valley transforms into a lake as water gathers amid rainstorm.
  • Hush saturating the slopes, rough bluffs, shapes and sketchy grasses gets broken by solid breezes that blow every so often. Mists skim above, around and underneath.
  • The exacting importance of eleveezha poonchira is an extravagant lake where no leaves fall. The peaks have no trees, so no leaves tumble to the valley.

View from Top:

View from the top that stretches out to a few areas, is obviously, beautiful. Malankara Dam and winding blue waters show up especially beautiful. Additionally, this is one of the not very many places in Kerala, where one could watch sun rises and sun sets from a similar spot.

Elaveezhapoonchira is an incredible trekking spot.

Caves:

  • There are a couple of caves, tribal settlements and old entombment chambers in the walkable separation.
  • One of the hollows, called Nilavara, has a stream streaming just adjacent to. Another give in, Pandavan Guha, got its name from Pandavas of the antiquated Indian epic Mahabharat.
  • According to legends, Pandavas remained around there.
